Shipping policy

1. Delivery Options

We offer two delivery methods across the island:

  • Postal Delivery: Available island-wide through the Mauritius Post.

  • Home Delivery: Available in selected areas only.

To know if home delivery is available in your region, please contact us on WhatsApp (5935 1551) or by email at hello@nayaactive.com.

If home delivery is not available for your area, your order will automatically be sent via postal delivery.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may vary during weekends, public holidays, or busy periods (such as new launches or promotions).


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your delivery method and location.
Occasionally, we may offer free delivery promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website or social media.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@nayaactive.com with your order number.


5. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll do our best to assist and resolve the issue promptly.


6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order. Naya Active cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
